Ensure that all high schoolers graduate with a well-rounded civics education and are prepared to interact with the world around them in an informed manner post-graduation. I propose to do this by:

1. Working to engage civics classrooms with lawmaking happening on the state and local level.

2. Encouraging engagement with the school committee and town selectboards with rotating student report-outs.

3. Retaining funding for civics education teachers within the high school so students have the opportunity to take civics classes.
